We are looking for Area Sales Manager that will help us to expand our business in next year. Current Sales team consists of 4 colleagues. You'll be pivotal in driving sales growth and market penetration in the assigned region. You'll be at the front - line of customer - focusing on building client relationships, seizing business opportunities, and closing deals. Together with a customer, you will find optimal solution (consultative sales). This roles requires travelling worldwide (we assume 30% of time).

ACO Marine office is based in Czech Republic, Prague - but due to nature of your role, we are happy to welcome onboard colleague based in EU or UK (relocation to Prague is not needed).

Your key responsibilities are:

• You manage a group of assigned and targeted dealers to achieve the margin and market share growth, in line with the area growth plan.
• You act as the main point of contact for the assigned territory and dealers.
• You visit international shipyards and shipping companies.
• You support the dealers to increase their sales area and increase turnover.
• You provide business support regarding quotations, contracts, and agreements.
• You present our products and solutions to both dealers and end-users.
• You are involved in drawing up and executing annual sales plans.
• You support the dealers during international trade shows and other events.
• You present ACO Marine during international trade shows and other events.
• You are part of the sales team, and you report to the Head of Sales.

What profile will help you to be successful:

• Sales mindset
• 5+ years’ experience in consultative sales
• Marine experience welcome, but not mandatory
• Technical education a plus
